Some comments on the campaign undertaken by the Territrio in order to "unmask" those very imaginatively have been called "ghost properties"; that is, those properties which are not declared in register. The advertising campaign launched by the Agency through a "friendly" video available on Youtube even (click here to view it) , invites us to stabilize before 31 December 20 101 according to the Law 122/2010. Given the fact that a good percentage of properties not reported to the Land Registry are not even regular at the municipalities, taking also into account that many people - by having reductions nibble on penalties - are taking action to forward the necessary paperwork to 'Agency is saying that we will find a number of buildings "hybrid", ie the regular Cadastre but not for the city. How to regularize these positions in municipal government? For posterity will judge or an additional waiver or a mess to fix.
