Col Milleproroghe decree was set at 31 March 2011 the deadline for submitting applications to upgrade the buildings on land not declared (buildings ghost) or who have lost the requirements of rurality, initially scheduled for December 31, 2010. The amnesty was register introduced in Article 19, paragraphs 8 and following the maneuver summer DL 78/2010 .
