Beer "blanche" from the white foam and compact, has an opalescent color due to the active yeast still in suspension. It smells of orange blossoms and aroma reminiscent of pear and lemon. The body is soft and velvety thanks to oats used in the production: The aftertaste is pleasantly refreshing. Alcohol: 5.5% vol.
